1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is between 15-30 days upon receiving a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. We also provide free samples, which will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Absolutely! We offer a diverse range of flooring types including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive options, Quartz Sand Tiles, Roll Flooring, and more.
Additionally, we supply various floor accessories such as adhesives, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, the freight charges must be covered by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we do. We can assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Yes, we specialize in customizing unique color designs tailored to your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that cannot be removed with sweeping or vacuuming, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
We recommend avoiding walking on your SPC floor for at least 24
hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring generally cannot be removed, they can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark and then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure to
thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions can leave residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of vinyl flooring?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies greatly depending on the product's quality. Generally, it lasts from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance also significantly influence its longevity.
