2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time is typically 15-30 days from receipt of the 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Yes! In addition to PVC vinyl flooring, we offer a variety of other flooring types, including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive options, quartz sand tiles, and roll floors.
We also provide floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are a 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to support your sales efforts.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean stubborn dirt that can't be removed with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film and a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advised to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor post-installation. However, you can mop the floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Although chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring generally cannot be removed, they can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe away with a soft cloth. Ensure you thoroughly
wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions can leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifetime of vinyl flooring varies considerably, ranging from five to 30 years, depending on the quality of the product and the level of care and maintenance.
