1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Lead time is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Yes! We also offer a variety of flooring types, including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive Flooring, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Flooring.
Additionally, we provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In accordance with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, the freight charges are to be covered by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist you in designing custom cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely, we can create customized color designs that are unique to your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film, and a mop. Never use abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor after installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately following installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC generally cannot be removed but can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Then wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth. Ensure to
wipe the SPC floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions can leave residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly based on product quality. Generally, vinyl flooring lasts between five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance also play a crucial role in extending its longevity.
