Bridge Expansion Joints
The ridge expansion joints device consist of steel reinforced rubber modules, designed to absorb the expansion, contraction, translation and rotation movements of road bridges, with remarkable comfort to traffic, effectively sealed, low maintenance and easy replacement.
Elastomeric expansion joint for bridge
The plate rubber expansion joint is designed according to the principle of low rubber shear. It uses the steel plate as the skeleton, assembled in sections, and connected with bolts, so that the driving will be safe, there will be no accidents easily,and it will be balanced andcomfortable.
Rubber bridge expansion joints are mainly made of rubber, steel plate and angle iron. The bridge plate type rubber expansion joint device is designed and manufactured based on the principle of low rubber shear. It adapts to the expansion displacement of the bridge deck through the shear deformation of rubber, and has low horizontal (tension and compression) reaction force, which is beneficial for the bridge span structure. The plate type rubber expansion joint is made of steel plate as the skeleton, assembled in sections, bolted together, installed reliably, will not fall off, the joint is flat, and the driving is balanced and comfortable. This expansion joint is made of aging resistant and wear-resistant rubber, which can withstand the repeated loads of vehicles and has a long service life. Due to the incompressibility of rubber, the specially shaped expansion groove on the rubber plate can prevent upward bulging during compression of expansion joints. Apply adhesive by pouring to the bolt holes on the bottom of the expansion device and every meter of assembly, ensuring good waterproofing.
