1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, and each step of the production process is meticulously controlled by our dedicated QC team to ensure that every product meets our stringent quality standards.
2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days upon receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Complimentary samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! In addition to PVC vinyl flooring, we offer a diverse range of flooring options including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, Roll Floor, and more.
We also provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and other related items.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, the freight charges are to be borne by the customer.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance upon presentation of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to enhance your sales efforts.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely, we can customize a unique color design tailored to meet your specific requirements.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that can't be removed with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring typically cannot be removed but can be effectively
concealed. To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Wipe away the scuff with a soft cloth. Ensure to thoroughly
clean the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions might leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can vary significantly due to differences in product quality, typically ranging from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance are crucial in extending the durability of your floor.
