1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We utilize 100% virgin materials, and every step of our production process is meticulously overseen by our Quality Control (QC) team to ensure that each product meets the highest standards of excellence.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is typically 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Absolutely! In addition to PVC vinyl flooring, we offer a variety of other flooring types, including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive tiles, quartz sand tiles, and roll flooring.
We also provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we offer free samples; however, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
6. Do you provide OEM services?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Certainly! We specialize in customizing unique color designs tailored to your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
This ensures your floor remains pristine and free from damage.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor post-installation. However, you can mop it immediately.
This helps ensure the integrity and longevity of your flooring.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Deep scratches and chips in SPC flooring generally cannot be removed but can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth.
Ensure you thoroughly wipe the SPC floor afterward with a damp cloth to remove any residue left by these solutions.
This will keep your floor looking its best.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly, generally lasting between five and 30 years. The quality of the product and how well it is maintained will greatly influence its longevity.
