1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. For your convenience, free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! In addition to our premium PVC vinyl flooring, we offer a diverse range of flooring solutions such as MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Flooring.
We also provide essential floor accessories including adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are straightforward: 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services. We can assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergent.
Ensure to maintain the pristine condition of your floor without leaving residues.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable not to walk on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally irremovable, they can be effectively hidden or concealed.
To remove scuff marks, gently rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Then, wipe away the scuff with a soft cloth.
Ensure to clean the SPC floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterwards to avoid any residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The longevity of vinyl flooring can vary significantly, generally lasting from five to 30 years. The durability depends on both the quality of the product and how well it is cared for and maintained.
