1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, and each step is meticulously monitored by our QC team, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of excellence.

2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time is 15-30 days from receipt of the 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.

3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We provide a diverse range of flooring options including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, Roll Floor, and more.
Additionally, we offer floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.

4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for the freight charges.

5. What are your payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the copy of the B/L.

6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist you in designing the carton and sample swatch to enhance your sales.

7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely! We can customize a unique color design to meet your specific needs.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film and a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.

9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
Walking on your SPC floor is not recommended for at least 24 hours post-installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.

10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC cannot be removed but can be hidden. To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil on the mark. Wipe away with a soft cloth and ensure to
thoroughly clean the SPC floor afterwards, as these solutions can leave residues.

11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies greatly depending on quality and maintenance. Generally, vinyl flooring lasts between five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance can significantly extend its longevity.
