Plate Type Air Aerator Fine Bubble Plate Diffusers For Aquaculture And Waste Water Treatment

The wastewater treatment of activated sludge and contact aeration process and aquarium will all need high Oxygen transfer rate or Oxygen transfer efficiency, and low pressure loss by the membrane. The reinforced EPDM can continuously create fine bubble from slots on the EPDM membrane of disc type or tube type diffuser.

The expected duty life may be over five years without tearing or bursting. There are other material selections of self-sink silicon rubber membrane, ceramic diffuser, air stone, and coil looking diffuser. There are also course bubble air diffuser for application of liquid mixture. The diffuser can be used for roots blower, ring blower and linear air pump. The diffuser also has advantage of much energy reduction.

Fine bubble plate diffuser is structured in a unique manner that makes the aeration system maintain constant oxygenation transfer efficiency within the wide range of working air. The diffuser's support board is made of aluminum alloy with a layer of membrane horizontally laid on the board. The membrane, once formed, will not suffer debonding. The diffuser can be applied to either intermittent or continuous operation system. Therefore, our series plate-type diffuser is the preferred choice for large-scaled and medium-scaled sewage treatment plants.

Features:

1.Structure for preventing re-flux: When air closed,the center of membrane falls on the orifice of membrane tray,and the non-perforated area can cover the air release orifice, similar to a check valve, to prevent liquid from flowing back into the aeration system. In addition, according to the characteristics of sewage treatment process, an independent check valve has been developed, which can be used in combination with diaphragm check

2.Special punching technology: Over5,500 perforations in Dn200,over 6,300 perforations in Dn215,over 9,000 perforations in Dn260,over 10,000 perforations in Dn330. Air deflector diameter is 0.5cm, the contact space with membrane is 0.15cm, which make the opening rate of membrane can reach 99.9%.Also improve oxygenation capacity, oxygen utilzation rate and reduce ventilation resistance.

3.High pressure injection molding: The professional machine is shaped by many processes, refined and cast, controlling every process and creating the perfect product.

4.Compact structure uniform gas distribution: A folded-concave structure is better in sealing performance, which solves the disadvantage of easy tofalloff when the air flow is too large. Meanwhile,the chassis support add a guide ring and six air guide grooves. Compared with other existing aeration devices, under the same operating load, ours require aeration volume is greatly reduced,and the aeration is evenly distributed throughout the tank.
