2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15-30 days upon receiving a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flooring options, including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Flooring.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide samples free of charge, but customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due upon the receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist with designing cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To tackle stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
We advise against walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring generally cannot be removed, they can be hidden or concealed. To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe away with a soft cloth. Ensure to clean the SPC floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterward as these solutions may leave residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The longevity of vinyl flooring can vary significantly based on the product quality. Generally, vinyl flooring lasts between 5 to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance are crucial factors that influence its lifespan.
