For container orders, the lead time is typically 15-30 days after receiving a 30% T/T deposit payment. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! Alongside PVC vinyl flooring, we offer an array of flooring options including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Floor.

4. Do you charge for the samples?
In alignment with our company policy, we offer free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.

Our payment terms are a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop it right after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are typically permanent, they can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil, then gently rub it with a soft cloth.
Afterward, thoroughly wipe the area with a damp cloth to ensure no cleaning residue is left behind.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
