1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, and each step is meticulously monitored by our expert QC team to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is between 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. We prepare free samples within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We also offer a variety of other flooring types, including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive options, quartz sand tile, and roll flooring.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In accordance with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we do! We can also assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to enhance your sales.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean tough dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergent.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable not to walk on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours after installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC cannot be removed, they can be concealed. For scuff marks, gently rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark and wipe with a soft cloth. Ensure to clean the floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterward.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly depending on product quality and maintenance. On average, vinyl flooring can last from five to 30 years, with proper care extending its longevity.
