1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We exclusively utilize 100% virgin materials, and each step of our production process is meticulously overseen by our dedicated QC team to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our standard lead time is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Additionally, complimentary samples will be prepared and ready within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer a diverse array of flooring solutions, including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive tiles, quartz sand tiles, roll flooring, and more.

4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples; however, customers are responsible for covering the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms include a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For cleaning dirt that sweeping or vacuuming won't tackle, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no residue, along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24
hours post-installation. However, you can proceed to mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring generally cannot be completely removed, they can be minimized or concealed.
To remove scuff marks, apply a small amount of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Then, wipe away the scuff with a soft cloth.
Be sure to thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave residual traces.
