1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Lead time is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We also offer a variety of flooring types, such as MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor, and more.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories including adhesive, skirting, underlay, and other essentials.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples, but the freight charges are to be covered by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist you in designing cartons and sample swatches to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean stubborn dirt that doesn't come off with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC are generally irreparable, they can be hidden or
concealed. For scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Subsequently,
thoroughly clean the SPC floor with a damp cloth to remove any remaining solution.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifetime of vinyl flooring varies significantly due to differences in product quality. Typically, vinyl flooring can last between five and 30 years. Proper care and maintenance play a crucial role in extending its longevity.
