1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We ensure exceptional quality by using 100% virgin materials and maintaining stringent controls at every stage of production, executed by our dedicated QC team. This meticulous approach guarantees superior products.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days following receipt of a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Free samples are prepared and dispatched within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We provide a diverse range of flooring options, including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Floor.
In addition, we supply essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we offer free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance of 70% due upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services including carton design and sample swatch creation to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely! We can customize color designs to meet your unique specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For cleaning persistent dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor right away.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally irreparable but can be effectively hidden.
For scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth.
Ensure you thoroughly clean the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions can leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can significantly vary, lasting from 5 to 30 years. The duration depends on the quality of the product and the level of care and maintenance it receives.
