We use 100% virgin material, and every step in our production process is meticulously monitored by our dedicated QC team, ensuring that each product we deliver meets the highest standards.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time for container orders is between 15 to 30 days from receipt of the 30% T/T deposit payment. Free samples are typically prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We provide a variety of flooring options including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive tiles, quartz sand tiles, roll floors, and more.
Additionally, we offer floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
Our company policy includes providing free samples, with freight charges to be covered by the customer.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services, including designing cartons and sample swatches to assist with your sales efforts.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Yes, we can create a unique, customized color design according to your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For cleaning dirt that cannot be removed by sweeping or vacuuming, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor after installation. However, you can mop the floor immediately after it is installed.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally permanent, they can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil and wipe away with a soft cloth. Thoroughly clean the area with a damp cloth afterward to remove any residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly based on product quality and maintenance. Generally, vinyl flooring can last anywhere from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance are crucial for extending its longevity.
