1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We also provide an array of different flooring types, including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor, and more.
Additionally, we supply floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, the freight charges are to be borne by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services. We can also assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Indeed, we can customize a unique color design based on your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To tackle stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, paired with a mop.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
We recommend that you avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours after installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally irreparable, but can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth.
Ensure you thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions can leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can vary greatly depending on the quality of the product and how well it is maintained. On average, vinyl flooring can last between five to 30 years.
