1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We utilize 100% virgin materials, and our meticulous QC team rigorously controls each step, ensuring that every product we manufacture meets the highest standards.
2. How about the delivery time?
Lead time is between 15-30 days from receipt of the 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We also provide a variety of flooring types including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive Floors, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Flooring.
Additionally, we offer floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples, but the freight charges must be covered by the customer.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we can also assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales efforts.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Certainly, we can customize a unique color design to meet your specific needs.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that cannot be cleaned with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, and mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advised to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. Mopping can be done immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC floors are generally not removable but can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, gently rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark.
Then, wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth, ensuring to thoroughly clean the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions can leave residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can range from five to 30 years, depending on the quality of the product and the level of care and maintenance it receives.
