1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, and every production step undergoes rigorous quality control by our dedicated QC team. This ensures that each product maintains top-notch quality and performance.
2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time is typically 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Free samples are prepared and dispatched within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer a diverse range of flooring options, including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive Floors, Quartz Sand Tiles, and Roll Flooring.
Additionally, we provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, freight charges are collected from the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Absolutely! We can assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Yes, we can customize a unique color design tailored to your specific requirements.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt that sweeping or vacuuming can't remove, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advised not to walk on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation.
However, you can mop your floor as soon as the installation is complete.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC are generally irreparable, but they can be hidden or
concealed. For scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil
over the mark and wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure you thoroughly wipe the SPC floor
with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions may leave residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies greatly, typically ranging from 5 to 30 years. The longevity depends on the product's quality and how well you care for it.
