2. How about the delivery time?
Our standard lead time ranges from 15-30 days following the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples are prepared and dispatched within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We also supply a variety of flooring types including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive flooring, quartz sand tile, and roll flooring.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our policy, we offer free samples; however, customers are responsible for covering the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit upfront and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Yes, we offer OEM services and can also assist you in designing the carton and sample swatch to boost your sales.

9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your newly installed SPC floor.

10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring generally cannot be completely removed, they can be concealed.
For scuff marks, try applying a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil to the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth.
