2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time for a container order is typically 15-30 days after receiving a 30% T/T deposit payment. We expedite free sample preparation within just 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We also provide an array of different floor types, including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll flooring, and more.
Additionally, we supply essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In alignment with our company policy, we offer free samples, though customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean stubborn dirt that can't be swept or vacuumed away, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no residue, paired with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
We recommend refraining from walking on your SPC floor for at least 24
hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring can't be completely removed, they can be concealed.
To eliminate scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil to the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure you thoroughly
clean the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions can leave residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly, largely depending on the product's quality. Generally, vinyl flooring can last anywhere from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance will also substantially extend its lifespan.
