1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days after receiving a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We offer a diverse range of flooring options including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive floors, quartz sand tiles, roll floors, and more.
And floor accessories: adhesive, skirting, underlay etc.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
As per our company policy, we provide free samples. However, the freight charges are to be borne by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM services, including designing cartons and sample swatches to aid your sales efforts.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that a sweep or vacuum can't remove, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It's advisable to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop it immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are usually permanent, they can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark and wipe away with a soft cloth. Ensure you clean the floor with a damp cloth afterward to remove any residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The longevity of vinyl flooring varies, typically lasting between five to 30 years, depending on product quality and maintenance. Proper care can significantly extend its lifespan.
