1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is typically 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer an extensive range of flooring options such as MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, and roll flooring.
In addition, we provide floor accessories like adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we can assist you in designing the carton and sample swatch to support your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Certainly, we can customize a unique color design based on your needs.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that won't come up with sweeping or vacuuming, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor after installation.
However, mopping can be done immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC can't generally be removed but can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark, and then wipe it away with a soft cloth.
Ensure to thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward to remove any residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly based on product quality, ranging from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance also play a crucial role in its longevity.
