1. How do you ensure the exceptional quality of your products?
We meticulously use 100% virgin materials, and our QC team strictly controls each step of the production process to ensure that every product meets our high standards.
2. What is the estimated delivery time?
Our standard lead time is between 15-30 days following the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Complimentary samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer a variety of flooring products beyond PVC vinyl flooring?
Absolutely! We also offer a range of other flooring types including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive Flooring, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Flooring.
Additionally, we provide essential floor accessories such as adhesives, skirting, and underlays.
4. Are there charges for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, the freight charges are to be borne by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Yes, we provide OEM services and can assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales.

8. What is the proper way to clean and maintain SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.

9. Is it safe to walk on and mop my SPC floor immediately after installation?
It is advisable to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours after installation.

Chips and deep scratches in SPC typically cannot be removed but can be concealed.
