1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We utilize 100% virgin materials, and each production step is meticulously overseen by our QC team to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time is 15-30 days upon receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We also offer a wide range of flooring options including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive flooring, quartz sand tiles, roll floors and more.
Additionally, we provide various floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples, though the freight charges are to be borne by the customers.
5. What is your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services, including designing cartons and sample swatches to boost your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely, we can customize a unique color design based on your specific requirements.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that a sweep or vacuum can't remove, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film and a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
Walking on your SPC floor is not recommended for at least 24 hours after installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally irremovable, but they can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure you
thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterwards to remove any residue left by these solutions.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The longevity of vinyl flooring varies widely due to differences in product quality. Generally, vinyl flooring lasts between five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance significantly influence its lifespan.
