1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We utilize 100% virgin materials, and our QC team meticulously controls every step of the production process to ensure that all products are of superior quality.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time for container orders is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Absolutely! We also offer a variety of other flooring types including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive flooring, quartz sand tiles, and roll flooring.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories such as adhesives, skirting, and underlays.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist you in designing cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely, we can customize a unique color design based on your specific requirements.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours after installation. However, you can mop the floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Though chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring cannot be completely removed, they can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark and wipe it away with a soft cloth.
Ensure you thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly based on product quality, ranging from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance are crucial for extending the floor's longevity.
