1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Our standard lead time is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer a diverse range of flooring options including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive tiles, quartz sand tiles, roll floors, and more.
Additionally, we provide essential floor accessories such as adhesives, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% payable upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Absolutely! We offer OEM services and can assist with carton design and sample swatches to boost your sales.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that doesn't come up with sweeping or vacuuming, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
You should avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours after installation. Mopping can be done immediately.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring cannot typically be removed, they can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure to thoroughly wipe the floor with a damp cloth afterward to remove any residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies considerably, typically ranging from five to 30 years, influenced by the quality of the material and how well it is maintained.
