2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time is 15-30 days from receipt of a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer a variety of flooring types, including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Floor.
We also provide flooring accessories like adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and 70% payment upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop the floor immediately.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC typically can't be removed but can be concealed.
For scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark and then wipe it with a soft cloth. Ensure to thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward to remove any residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The longevity of vinyl flooring varies widely, typically lasting from 5 to 30 years, depending on product quality and maintenance.
