1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Lead time is 15-30 days from receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. (Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.)
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Indeed! We also offer a variety of flooring types including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, and roll flooring.
Additionally, we supply floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM services?
Absolutely, we can also assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to boost your sales.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Yes, we can customize a unique color design to meet your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that doesn't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film and a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24
hours post-installation. However, you can mop it immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC generally cannot be removed but can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe away with a soft cloth. Ensure to
thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly, often lasting between five to 30 years. Quality and maintenance play key roles in its longevity.
