2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15-30 days following the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples are efficiently prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! In addition to PVC vinyl flooring, we also offer a variety of other flooring types, including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive Tiles, Quartz Sand Tiles, and Roll Flooring.

In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To tackle dirt that isn't easily swept or vacuumed away, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no residue. Utilize a mop for application.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advised to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor post-installation.
However, you can proceed to mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring may not be removable, they can be effectively hidden.
For scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil. Gently rub the mark with a soft cloth.
