1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin materials, and each production step is meticulously controlled by our dedicated QC team. This ensures that every product we manufacture is of exceptional quality.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days upon receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples are prepared within just 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer a diverse range of flooring options, including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, Roll Floor, and more.
Additionally, we provide various floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, etc.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, free samples are provided. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of the B/L copy.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Absolutely! We can assist with designing the carton, sample swatch, and other elements to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Yes, we can craft a custom color design that is unique to your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that can't be removed by sweeping or vacuuming, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no residue, along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor post-installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring can't usually be removed, but they can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, try applying a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil.
Wipe the mark with a soft cloth, and then clean the area thoroughly with a damp cloth to remove any residue.
These solutions can leave a residue, so be sure to clean your floor thoroughly afterward.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies greatly due to quality differences. Typically, vinyl flooring lasts from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance play a crucial role in extending its life.
