1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15-30 days following the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within a swift 5-day window.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We also supply an array of floor types including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor, and more.
Additionally, we offer a variety of floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and other essentials.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for covering freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due upon the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM services?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist you in designing cartons and sample swatches to bolster your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Certainly. We can customize a unique color design tailored to your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that a sweep or vacuum can't remove, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, paired with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advised to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor right after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC generally cannot be removed, they can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil on the mark, and then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure to clean the area with a damp cloth afterwards to prevent residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly, typically ranging from five to 30 years, depending on the product's quality and your care and maintenance efforts.
