1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We utilize 100% virgin material, ensuring each production step is meticulously overseen by our QC team, guaranteeing that every product meets our stringent quality standards.
2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time ranges from 15-30 days upon receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We also supply various flooring types including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, Roll Floor, and more.
Additionally, we offer floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, etc.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
As per our company policy, samples are provided for free, however, freight charges are to be covered by the customer.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon presentation of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services including design assistance for cartons and sample swatches to support your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Indeed, we can create a unique, customized color design based on your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that can't be removed by sweeping or vacuuming, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no residue along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It's recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation.
However, you can mop the floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring usually cannot be completely removed but can
be camouflaged. To remove scuff marks, gently rub them with a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil. Then, wipe away the mark with a soft cloth. Ensure to thoroughly
clean the area with a damp cloth afterward to remove any leftover solution.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly, ranging from five to 30 years, depending on product quality and maintenance. Proper care greatly extends its durability.
