1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material and meticulously control each manufacturing step through our dedicated QC team to ensure every product meets our high standards of excellence.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is between 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flooring options including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive Tiles, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Flooring.
We also provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay to complement your flooring needs.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
Our company policy provides free samples; however, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% is due upon the receipt of a copy of the B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to boost your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Certainly! We specialize in customizing unique color designs tailored to your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For cleaning stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film along with a mop.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergent to maintain the floor's integrity.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
We recommend avoiding walking on your new SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation without any issues.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring can generally be hidden or concealed.
To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark.
Then, wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth and ensure to thoroughly clean the area with a damp cloth afterwards.
This prevents any residue from these solutions.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can vary significantly. High-quality vinyl can last from five to 30 years, depending on the maintenance and care it receives.
