1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days after receiving a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We also offer a variety of flooring options such as MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor, etc.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories including adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are a 30% deposit and 70% due upon the copy of the B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Absolutely! We can help design the carton and sample swatch to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Yes, we can create a unique, customized color design to meet your specific needs.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor. However, you can mop it right after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring cannot be removed, they can be concealed. For scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark and then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure to clean the floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterward.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly based on product quality. Generally, vinyl floors last from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance can extend their life.
