2. How about the delivery time?
Lead time is typically 15-30 days following receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Complimentary samples will be prepared within 5 days.

Yes! We offer a diverse range of flooring options including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor, and more.

4. Do you charge for the samples?
In accordance with our company policy, we offer free samples; however, customers are responsible for the freight charges.

Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of B/L.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that cannot be removed with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no residue along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor post-installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring cannot typically be removed, they can be hidden or concealed. To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe away with a soft cloth. Ensure the SPC floor is thoroughly wiped with a damp cloth afterward.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly based on the quality of the product and how well it is cared for, typically ranging from five to 30 years. Proper maintenance greatly extends the longevity of your floor.
