1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, ensuring premium quality. Each step is meticulously controlled by our dedicated QC team to guarantee all our products meet the highest standards.
2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer a diverse range of flooring types, including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor, and more.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, etc.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, free samples are provided. However, the freight charges are to be covered by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our terms are 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely! We can customize a unique color design to meet your specific needs.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before walking on your SPC floor after installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC generally cannot be removed but can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks, try applying a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Wipe the area with a soft cloth, ensuring to
thoroughly clean the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterwards to remove any residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifetime of vinyl flooring can vary widely, typically lasting between five to 30 years. The quality of the product and how well you care for and maintain your floor will significantly impact its longevity.
