2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is typically 15-30 days from receipt of the 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Complimentary samples are prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! In addition to PVC vinyl floors, we offer various flooring types, such as MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive flooring, quartz sand tile, and roll floor.
We also provide floor accessories: adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to support your sales efforts.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended not to walk on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours after installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC cannot usually be removed, they can be hidden or disguised.
To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark.
Then, wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth. Ensure you thoroughly clean the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave residues.
