2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time typically ranges from 15 to 30 days following the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Free samples are prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer a variety of flooring options including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, and roll floor.
We also provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In accordance with our company policy, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Absolutely! We can also assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For cleaning stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advised to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop the floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally permanent, they can be concealed. For scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe away with a soft cloth. Ensure to thoroughly clean the floor with a damp cloth afterward as these solutions may leave residues.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly depending on the product's quality and maintenance. Generally, vinyl flooring lasts between five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance also play a crucial role in extending its life.
