2. How about the delivery time?
Our standard lead time is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Complimentary samples will be prepared within 5 days.

According to our company policy, we provide free samples, but the freight charges are to be covered by the customers.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring cannot typically be removed, they can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, gently rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure you thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward to remove any residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly depending on the product's quality and maintenance. Generally, vinyl flooring can last between five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance will greatly enhance its longevity.
