1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin materials, with each step meticulously overseen by our QC team, ensuring every product we deliver is of exceptional quality.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15-30 days upon receiving a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We also offer a variety of flooring options such as MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor, and more.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories including adhesive, skirting, underlay, etc.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
As per our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can also assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to enhance your sales.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely! We can customize a unique color design to meet your specific requirements.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It's recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop it immediately afterward.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC cannot usually be fully removed, they can be hidden. To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Wipe it away with a soft cloth and then clean the area thoroughly with a damp cloth.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies depending on the quality, ranging from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance are crucial to maximizing its longevity.
