2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time is 15-30 days from receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Yes! We offer a variety of flooring options including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive Flooring, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Floor.
We also provide floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we provide free samples. However, freight charges are collected from the customers.

We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the copy of B/L.

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean stubborn dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring generally cannot be removed but can be concealed or hidden. To remove scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure to thoroughly wipe the floor with a damp cloth afterwards as these solutions can leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The longevity of vinyl flooring varies widely, typically lasting from five to 30 years, depending on the quality of the product and how well it is maintained. Proper care significantly extends its lifespan.
