2. How about the delivery time?
Lead time is 15-30 days from receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We provide a diverse range of flooring options, including MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive tiles, quartz sand tiles, and roll flooring.
Additionally, we offer floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we offer free samples, but the freight charges are to be covered by the customer.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon the copy of the B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we can assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely, we can create a customized color design that is unique to your specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that cannot be removed with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film and a mop. Never use abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours after installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC generally cannot be completely removed but can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Then wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth. Ensure you
thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifetime of vinyl flooring varies greatly due to differences in product quality. Generally, vinyl flooring lasts from five to 30 years, depending on how well you care for and maintain it.
