1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

2. How about the delivery time?
Lead time is 15-30 days from receipt of 30% T/T deposit for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We offer an array of flooring solutions including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid Core Timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, and roll flooring.
We also provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
As per our company policy, samples are free; however, customers are responsible for freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the B/L copy.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Absolutely! We can also assist in designing cartons and sample swatches to boost your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no residue, along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advised to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation. However, you can mop it immediately.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC cannot be fully removed, they can be concealed. To address scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark and then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure the floor is thoroughly wiped with a damp cloth afterward to prevent residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can vary greatly, typically ranging from five to 30 years, depending on product quality and maintenance practices.
