1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, and our Quality Control (QC) team meticulously oversees each step of the production process to ensure that every product meets our high standards of excellence.
2. How about the delivery time?
The lead time is between 15-30 days following the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We provide a variety of floor types including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, and Roll Floor.
Additionally, we offer floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we provide free samples; however, the freight charges are to be covered by the customer.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we also offer assistance with designing the carton and sample swatch to bolster your sales.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely, we can customize color designs to meet your unique specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that cannot be removed with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no residue along with a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is not recommended to walk on your SPC floor for at least 24
hours post-installation. However, you can mop the floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring generally cannot be removed, they can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks, try applying a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil. Wipe away the mark with a soft cloth and ensure to
thoroughly clean the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions may leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies greatly depending on the product quality and care. Typically, vinyl flooring lasts from five to 30 years. Proper maintenance can significantly extend its longevity.
