1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We utilize 100% virgin material and maintain stringent quality control at each stage, ensuring our products consistently exceed expectations.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes, certainly! We also offer a diverse range of flooring including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll flooring, and more.
Additionally, we provide floor accessories such as adhesives, skirting, and underlay.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, samples are provided free of charge, though customers are responsible for freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the B/L copy.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist with designing cartons and sample swatches to enhance your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely, we can customize a unique color design to meet your specific requirements.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner and a mop. Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, and dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
Walking on your SPC floor is not recommended for at least 24 hours after installation. However, you can mop it immediately.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring generally cannot be removed, they can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, rub a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark and wipe away with a soft cloth. Ensure you wipe the floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterwards.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can vary greatly, ranging from five to 30 years, largely depending on product quality and maintenance practices.
