1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, ensuring the utmost purity and quality. Each production step is meticulously overseen by our QC team, guaranteeing that all our products meet the highest standards.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days after receiving the 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared and dispatched within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! We offer a diverse array of flooring options, including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive Floorings, Quartz Sand Tiles, and Roll Flooring.
We also provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
As per our company policy, we provide free samples. However, customers are responsible for the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to enhance your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For stubborn dirt, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film, and mop the area. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
A mop should suffice for everyday cleaning. Refrain from using any harsh chemicals.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advised not to walk on your newly installed SPC floor for at least 24 hours. However, you can mop it immediately after installation.
Allow the floor some time to settle before walking on it to ensure optimal results.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally permanent, they can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Then wipe with a soft cloth.
Ensure to clean the SPC floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterwards, to remove any residue from these solutions.
Be cautious with the cleaning solutions to avoid leaving any film or residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly based on its quality and your maintenance practices. Generally, vinyl flooring can last anywhere from five to 30 years, depending on these factors.
