1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin materials, and every single step of production is meticulously supervised by our dedicated QC team. This rigorous control ensures that all our products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is between 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. For those requesting free samples, they will be prepared within just 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Absolutely! Alongside our premium PVC vinyl floors, we offer a variety of flooring options such as MGO, mineral core flooring, rigid core timber, self-adhesive options, quartz sand tiles, and roll flooring.

4. Do you charge for the samples?
In line with our company policy, we offer free samples, though customers are responsible for covering the freight charges.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we certainly do. We can also assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To tackle stubborn dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no residue, combined with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
We recommend avoiding walking on your newly installed SPC floor for at least 24
hours. However, you can proceed to mop your floor right after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring can't be completely removed, they can be effectively hidden or
concealed. For scuff marks, try applying a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure you thoroughly
clean the area with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions may leave a residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly depending on the product's quality. Typically, vinyl floors last between five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance play a crucial role in extending its durability and lifespan.
