1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, ensuring every step is meticulously controlled by our QC team to guarantee that all our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is usually 15-30 days from receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within just 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! We also provide a wide variety of flooring options including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive, Quartz Sand Tile, Roll Floor, and more.
Additionally, we offer floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, and underlay to complement your flooring needs.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
In accordance with our company policy, we provide free samples. However, the freight charges are to be covered by the customer.
5. What is your payment terms?
Our payment terms are a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Absolutely, we offer OEM services and can assist in designing the carton and sample swatch to boost your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Yes, we can customize a unique color design tailored to your specific requirements.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film along with a mop.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents to keep your floor in pristine condition.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable not to walk on your newly installed SPC floor for at least 24 hours. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally difficult to remove, they can be concealed. To remove scuff marks, use a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil and rub it over the mark.
Wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth. Ensure to clean the SPC floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterward, as these solutions can leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can vary significantly depending on product quality, typically ranging from five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance greatly enhance the longevity of your flooring.
