2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time ranges from 15-30 days upon receipt of a 30% T/T deposit for container orders. (Free samples are prepared within 5 days.)
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Absolutely! We also provide various flooring types including MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive flooring, quartz sand tile, roll flooring, and more.
We also offer a range of floor accessories: adhesive, skirting, underlay, etc.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our policy, we provide free samples, but the freight charges are to be covered by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM services?

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that cannot be removed with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no residue and a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours after installation.
However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally not removable but can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe with a soft cloth. Ensure to wipe the SPC floor
thoroughly with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave residue.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring can vary significantly. Generally, it lasts between five to 30 years depending on the quality of the product and how well it's maintained.
